LTT announced that ADSL speed is now 512kb or 0,51mb rate but some friends confirmed their speed reached 700kb using download manager, as for TechnoLibya office ADSL speed is still the same, also Libyamax bandwidth will be 15gb monthly instead of 10gb, nice move LTT keep it up.
