Libya Telecom And Technology ADSL subscription is available again after stopping the participation service for more then 3 months, you can now apply to get the Adsl service from the nearest agent.
Sorry for posting this late, the participation started again since 1st of April.

But I’ve been told that it wont be available until 15th of April and thats not for sure yet
from the way they speak I can guess it may still off to the end of the month
