LTT’s VOIP Service Via Wimax which have been protested by LTT Engineers will be available for the public so soon, as they are now installing the system and re-assembling Wimax antennas which explains the slowness of Wimax network “Sometimes little Bits per second”, until then this could be a rumor.

answering for your both posts ,
for the VOIP , its true , i’m using Magic Jack, it allows me to call into USA and Canada for free, be4 when i was calling i was able to call useing +1 XXX XXXXX but now when i try it with ADSL , an answer machine answers my call and the message is ” Welcome to WiMax VOIP Service ,,Etc,,, ”
for the slow connection and slow ping,
the WiMax Antenna do share a 20MB connection , so you can imagine 40 users online at the same time , and all of them requesting websites and using internet bandwidth , it all will make the ping slow and high.
for ADSL you do have detected 256 KBPS , that is why the ping is low and more faster .
