Yes as I mentioned above, and I wont call them since all the lines are busy forever and ever, even the sales and the technical support department, “They are not, they just wont talk to anyone leaving their lines open” I sucked all of my 7GB, then I filled 20 Dinars credit, they gave me just 500mb and I found 10 Dinars on my Dial up account, well.. I sucked up the 500mb and I filled another 10 Dinars, they gave me 500mb and the 10 Dinars on my Dial up account was GONE!…
It’s not about money but do I have a choice ???

Honestly I haven’t face this problem yet but I’ve been throw a lot but not with money thank god, But there was a Bug It make me closer 2 get nuts.
, Trust me Man Their hole Services is totally sucks But We don’t have Alternative.
Recently I’ve Installed Win7 in my PC & it works very smooth until someday I figure this bug it started when I turn My PC to Sleep mode & after it wakes up the Internet connection is gone actually it’s not totally gone but it says “Access Limited” and this happens with Wireless connection & Ethernet connection, So I was looking 4 Solution everywhere I found a forum for Win7 so I’ve became a member just hopping somebody could help Whatever, after all that Some1 reply me & told me that the bug is with ur Router & he told me also to call my ISP So that they give me a new update for my Router, And that’s what I did I’ve been trying all day I got so angry dat day no 1 answer my calls duuhhh…. I sent an Email to Tech.Dep. Contained all the Bug info but What Heck he replayed me with a short answer Call the “Customer service”.
After all this the problem has just gone just like this I didn’t do anything but it just gone Thnk God
